Responsibilities

Analyze technical complaints and rectify vehicle defects
Maintain internet-based warranty system
Develop secondary service channel
Provide feedback on products and competitors
Train service managers
Execute spare parts orders and manage inventory
Manage service guarantee at dealership
Conduct service camps and customer visits

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical)
5+ years of experience in a similar role
