Job Description

Join PwC's Office of General Counsel to provide legal support in litigation, counselling, and corporate law. Manage compliance with laws and regulations in India, Nepal, and Bangladesh.

Responsibilities

Manage compliance processes and legal obligations
Conduct legal research and analysis
Prepare compliance documentation and reports
Provide legal advice and guidance
Collaborate with teams to ensure compliance
Identify and mitigate compliance risks
Engage with stakeholders and regulatory bodies

Qualifications

LLB or LLM degree
7-10 years of experience in compliance and legal services
