The Client Support Senior Analyst - Treasury will be responsible for managing client cases related to ION Corporates enterprise software used in the Financial and Commodity sectors. They will handle complex technical issues, build client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution.
Independently manage a high volume of client reported application issues
Perform troubleshooting and analysis of complex support cases
Document application issues for escalation to Product Development
Communicate with client representatives through conference calls
Ownership of assigned projects and initiatives
Contribute updates to documentation for improved application knowledge
Strong knowledge of Support Group processes in financial or commodity fields
Understanding of advanced technology concepts preferred
Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
