Job Description

We are looking for a Travel Consultant - Outbound Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales and operations of international tours, package calculations, itinerary preparation, and assisting customers with travel inquiries.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the sales and Operations of international tours (Outbound Sales)
Package calculations and itinerary preparation
Understanding customer requirements
Resolve questions and process all travel inquiries
Booking transportation and hotel reservations
Assisting customers to choose from a variety of travel options
Handling American market

Qualifications

Knowledge of international tourist destinations
Travel, tourism, and hospitality experience desired
Good communication skills
Critical thinker and problem solver
Exemplary sales/operations skills and customer-oriented approach
Ability to present, persuade & communicate
