Responsibilities

Build relationships with customers and cross-functional teams
Own customer technical issues from report to resolution
Listen to customers and gather required information
Create an amazing customer experience
Research and document technical issues
Collaborate with support team members

Qualifications

3-4 years experience in technical support
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Technical skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL
Effective communication and collaboration abilities
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
