Job Description

We are seeking a NEET Operations Manager to lead operational functions for NEET batches, promotional campaigns, and category growth.

Responsibilities

Oversee batch management, student enrollment, and resource allocation.
Collaborate with marketing team for promotional campaigns.
Resolve student and operational issues promptly.
Work with academic and technical teams for course execution.
Improve operational processes and assess category performance.
Provide data-driven recommendations and reports to senior management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field.
2+ years experience in operations management, preferably in education.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in data analytics and operational tools.
Experience in ed-tech or online learning platforms is a plus.
