Job Description

Join our team as a Global HR Operations Associate to oversee all HR operations, manage HRMS system, onboarding, payroll, benefits, employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor laws.

Responsibilities

Overseeing HRMS system and promoting its usage
Managing recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits
Addressing employee grievances and managing data reporting
Implementing key HR initiatives and managing company events
Handling operational activities for C&B

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
4-7 years of experience in HR operations
Strong knowledge of HRMS systems and HR processes
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
Understanding of labor laws and HR compliance
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
