Job Description

Entry level management position responsible for leading and assisting with daily shift requirements in front office areas including Bell/Door Staff, Switchboard, and Guest Services/Front Desk. Strives to ensure guest and employee satisfaction and achieve operating budget.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, influence, and encourage front desk team
  • Manage day-to-day operations to meet customer expectations
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and handle complaints
  • Implement customer recognition programs and manage projects and policies
  • Support human resource activities and provide guidance to subordinates
  • Additional responsibilities as needed

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years experience in guest services or related field OR 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or related major
