Responsibilities

Mentor Team Leaders and cultivate a high-energy, target-driven culture
Design and execute sales playbooks to hit revenue targets
Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and run A/B tests
Collaborate with other departments to refine messaging and promotions
Ensure CRM discipline and accurate pipeline forecasting
Tackle escalations and implement scalable fixes

Qualifications

4-6 years in B2C/EdTech sales, with at least 2 years managing teams
Comfort with numbers and performance analytics
Strong leadership and coaching skills
Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar CRMs
Exceptional presentation skills and teamwork abilities
Thrive on targets and continuous improvement
