Job Description

The Relationship Manager-Kisan Credit Card will provide financial solutions to meet the needs of KCC customers and ensure exceptional customer service. They will collaborate with product and operations teams to drive customer acquisition, servicing, and deepening.

Responsibilities

  • Increase liabilities size of relationship via balances in accounts of existing KCC customers
  • Review inflows and outflows in mapped accounts, identify business opportunities
  • Connect with customers through mailers, phone calls, and share insights
  • Generate new sales leads for KCC customers, acquire new customers
  • Manage portfolio effectively by continuous monitoring and renewals enhancement
  • Develop working relationship with Branch banking for synergy optimization
  • Recommend process changes to improve service efficiency
  • Conceptualize promotions and marketing initiatives
  • Understand Financial statements, Credit Assessment, and security documents

Qualifications

  • Graduation in BA/BCom/BBA/BSc/BTech/BE or any other graduate
  • 5 to 10 years of relevant experience
