Job Description

We are seeking a Loan Executive to assist customers in understanding and applying for various loan options available for solar energy systems. The ideal candidate will have a background in finance or related fields, with experience in loan processing and exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in understanding various loan options available for solar energy systems.
  • Guide clients through the loan application process, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Evaluate customers' financial profiles to determine loan eligibility.
  • Collaborate with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions to facilitate loan approvals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of solar financing schemes, government subsidies, and incentives.
  • Handle documentation and compliance processes related to loan disbursement.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address client queries regarding loan products.
  • Work closely with the sales and operations team to streamline the financing process for solar installations.
  • Monitor loan application statuses and follow up on pending approvals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in loan processing, financial services, or banking.
  • Knowledge of solar financing and government schemes is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of loan eligibility criteria and financial assessment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently with financial institutions and customers.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and loan management software.
