Job Description

The Procurement Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing the sourcing and procurement of materials required for mattress and sofa production. This role will involve supplier management, procurement strategy development, inventory management, cost control, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers for raw materials and components
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers
Develop procurement strategies aligned with production schedules
Oversee inventory levels and implement just-in-time procurement techniques
Monitor procurement budgets and perform cost analysis
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Continuously evaluate and improve procurement processes

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
Proven experience in procurement and supplier management
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Knowledge of inventory management and cost control
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and sustainability practices
