We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead the HR function in our Mohali office. The ideal candidate should have strong HR generalist experience and be comfortable handling both strategic and day-to-day HR responsibilities.
HR Operations & Compliance:
- Serve as the point of contact for all HR activities in the Mohali office.
- Manage employee documentation, contracts, onboarding, and exits.
- Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and statutory regulations.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
- Work with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process.
- Manage onboarding to ensure a seamless employee experience.
Employee Engagement & Culture:
- Drive engagement initiatives and organize team events.
- Address employee grievances and resolve workplace issues.
Performance & Learning:
- Support goal-setting and performance review processes.
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning initiatives.
Payroll & Benefits:
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs and manage employee benefits.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or related field.
- 5+ years of HR experience in a generalist role.
- Solid understanding of Indian labor laws and HR operations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
