Join our team as an Application Engineer in the process diagnostics and control (PDC) group. Your primary responsibility will be to work on advanced imaging and image processing algorithms to detect defects in semiconductor fabrication.
- Maximize performance of defect metrology products
- Build and maintain relationships with customers
- Collaborate with internal Product teams
- Contribute to product development roadmap
- Qualification of SW Application Alpha/Beta phase
- Master's/Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- 2 to 5 years experience in Semiconductor Design or related field
- Knowledge of high-NA DUV imaging/SEM
- Open to travel
- Detail oriented with strong analytical skills
