The Relationship Manager-Kisan Credit Card role involves providing financial solutions to KCC customers, enhancing customer profitability, and acquiring new customers. The manager will collaborate with product and operations teams to drive effective customer acquisition and servicing.
Responsible for increasing liabilities size of relationship via balances in accounts of existing KCC customers and enhancing customer profitability by capturing larger share of wallet. Review the inflows and outflows in the mapped accounts and proactively identify potential business opportunities. Establish closely connect with existing customers through mailers and phone calls. Generate new sales leads for KCC customers through referrals. Responsible for acquiring new customers for KCC with a detail understanding of Credit assessment. Leverage knowledge on various banking areas to increase volume of business.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Math’s, Commerce, Arts, Science, Biology, Business, Computers, or Management. Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
