Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Accounts and Office Administration professional to oversee financial records, manage administrative tasks, and ensure smooth office operations.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain daily financial transactions and records.
  • Prepare bank reconciliations, financial reports.
  • Assist in payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
  • Coordinate with auditors and CA for financial documentation.
  • Assist in recruitment and HR documentation.
  • Support management in organizing meetings and reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field.
  • 0-2 years of accounting and administration experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Zoho Books, Tally, GST, and payroll processing.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
