Job Description

Process all guest check-ins, check-outs, payments, and requests while ensuring a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities

Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
Handle payment types and resolve any issues
Answer guest calls, messages, and requests
Coordinate with Housekeeping for room readiness
Provide information and assistance to guests
Run daily reports and complete cashier duties
Follow company policies and safety procedures
Maintain professionalism and positive guest interactions
Comply with quality assurance standards
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
No related work experience required
No supervisory experience required
