Job Description

Seeking a Project Manager to oversee interior design and execution projects, responsible for client interactions, preparing bill of materials, managing vendors, ensuring safety standards, and more.

Responsibilities

  • Project management & Execution
  • Client Interactions
  • Measurement of Work & preparation of MB
  • Prepare Bill of material for any Interior work
  • Coordination with Purchase Team
  • Manage Vendor & their Team at Project Site
  • Ensure work execution with proper safety
  • Knowledge of Construction technology, Safety standard And Building Codes
  • Ability to interpret and understand blue prints, drawings & Specifications
  • Familiar with CAD software & Project management software is a plus

Qualifications

  • B.Tech Civil or Electrical
  • 2-4 Years experience in the Interior Fit-out Industry
