Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input data into company databases and systems at high speed.
  • Verify and correct data where necessary.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure data accuracy.
  • Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
  • Generate reports and perform data analysis as required.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

  • High-speed typing skills with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in using data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a data entry role.
