Seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full recruitment lifecycle, handle niche hiring, and drive strategic talent acquisition in non-IT sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment process
  • Develop and execute strategic talent acquisition plans
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates
  • Build and maintain talent pipeline
  • Collaborate with hiring managers
  • Negotiate offers and manage onboarding
  • Conduct market research on talent trends
  • Utilize HR analytics for recruitment performance

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of talent acquisition or HR experience
  • Experience in non-IT, R&D firms, or manufacturing industry
  • Expertise in hiring for technical and specialized roles
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and employer branding
  • Hands-on experience with job portals and ATS
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Master’s degree in HR or related field preferred
