Job Description

We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive to generate leads, build client relationships, and identify new sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will have outbound sales experience and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through cold calling, emailing, and other activities
  • Manage incoming queries and build client relationships
  • Qualify leads and understand client requirements
  • Identify new sales opportunities through lead follow-ups
  • Prepare for prospect calls and research company backgrounds
  • Maintain CRM systems and provide reports to management
  • Handover qualified leads to the sales team and meet targets

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and marketing automation platforms
  • Customer service and relationship building experience
