Job Description

Seeking a Senior Finance & Accounts Officer to oversee KPI review, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in financial management, investor relations, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

Conduct research and benchmarking against industry best practices
Perform analytics to determine project priorities
Ensure KPIs are up to date and support company founders' goals
Participate in board meetings and morning meetings
Organize cross-functional groups to achieve goals
Assist in obtaining licenses and fundraising activities
Manage ledger accounts, budgets, and compliance with regulatory filings
Handle audit-related matters and maintain banking relationships

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Proven experience in financial management and compliance
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of regulatory requirements in India, Singapore, and the UAE
