Job Description

Textron India PVT Limited is seeking a Finance Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial accounting and management, including preparing financial statements, general ledger accounting, cost analysis, budget management, and tax compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing monthly financial statements and relevant reports
  • General ledger accounting in SAP environment
  • Cost analysis and standard cost updates
  • Management of overhead budget
  • Preparation of annual operating plans
  • Finalization of GST returns and other tax reports
  • Transfer pricing knowledge
  • Front end for internal and statutory audits

Qualifications

  • B.Com, M.Com, CA Inter, ICWA or equivalent
  • Minimum 12 years of accounting or finance experience
  • Proficient in SAP and MS Office
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
