Job Description

Seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to drive elevator modernization and shaft construction projects. Responsible for identifying and closing high-value business opportunities, building relationships with residential societies, architects, and consultants.

Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential clients for elevator modernization and replacement solutions.
Lead end-to-end sales discussions and negotiations.
Network with architects, consultants, and interior designers to promote lift shaft construction.
Educate decision-makers on dismantling old lifts and statutory requirements for new installations.
Represent the company in site surveys and architectural forums.
Maintain a pipeline of prospects, monitor competition, and coordinate with the project team for smooth execution.
Ensure timely documentation, CRM updates, and reporting on sales targets.

Qualifications

Strong technical understanding of elevator systems and retrofitting processes.
Excellent relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
Confidence in leading negotiations and handling complex sales cycles.
Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.
