Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Billing Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and verifying bills, coordinating with project teams and clients, and maintaining accurate records of work measurements and billing documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and verify bills, RA bills as per contract terms.
  • Ensure timely submission and certification of bills with proper documentation.
  • Quantity estimation and material reconciliation as per site execution.
  • Coordinate with project teams and clients for billing approvals and clarifications.
  • Maintain accurate records of work measurements and billing documentation.
  • Cross-check measurements and rates with BOQ and work orders.
  • Assist in cost control, budget tracking, and cash flow projections.
  • Prepare reports on billing status, pending bills, and payments.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD.
  • Strong knowledge of BOQ, rate analysis, and contract billing procedures.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
