Job Description

Join IndiaMART's sales team in Mumbai and focus on acquiring new clients through face-to-face interactions. This role involves building professional relationships, resolving client complaints, and achieving revenue targets.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with clients through telephonic and/or video conversations
  • Ensure clients are using IndiaMART effectively
  • Resolve client complaints promptly
  • Assist in achieving revenue and client retention targets
  • Collect payments as per company's terms
  • Generate leads from database and identify decision makers
  • Penetrate targeted accounts and create sales opportunities

Qualifications

  • Graduates with at least 6 months of experience preferred
  • MBA holders with 6 months of experience also preferred
  • Minimum 56% marks in 10th and 12th
  • Any graduate/postgraduate with work experience
