Climbax Entertainment is seeking a Data Entry Operator to input data accurately and efficiently into computer systems. The role involves organizing and maintaining data, performing backups, and collaborating with other departments for data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

Inputting data accurately and quickly from various sources into computer systems.
Comparing entered data with source documents for accuracy.
Organizing and maintaining data in a structured manner.
Performing regular backups of data and ensuring data security.
Keeping updated on data management technologies and best practices.
Collaborating with other departments for data solutions.
Identifying and resolving data entry issues.
Preparing, compiling, and sorting documents.
Monitoring and recording received data.
Responding to data inquiries from other departments.
Meeting all deadlines in a timely manner.
Creating reports and data sets as required.

Qualifications

Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Time management skills.
Relevant experience or certifications in data entry.
Organization and handling confidential information.
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
