Job Description

The Service Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction scores by working closely with the Sales Team and handling customer complaints.

Responsibilities

Maintain Customer Satisfaction score
Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution
Guide Technicians for non-solvable complaints
Visit consumers site along with Technicians
Manage Set of Technicians
Market visits, dealer visits, and consumer site visits
Conduct Plumber Meets to brief on products
Training to newly inducted SOs

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in customer service
Ability to travel extensively
Excellent communication skills
