Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with strong technical skills in Axway MFT products, cloud technologies, disaster recovery, and more. The ideal candidate should have experience in network protocols security, middleware technologies, and be proficient in Unix/Linux systems.

Responsibilities

Provide application/production support in a 24x7 model
Work on L2/L3 support with good analytical and diagnostic abilities
Onboard applications, perform patching and upgrades
Monitor service interruptions and troubleshoot them within SLAs

Qualifications

B.Tech(CS) or B.E.(CS) or M.C.A. degree
2-4 years of experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge of network protocols and security
Experience with cloud technologies like AWS/Azure/GCP
