Job Description

Join our team as a Supervisor in Workforce Management. We are looking for someone with 4+ years of experience in Capacity Planning, Scheduling, and Rostering.

Responsibilities

Understanding of Capacity Plan, scheduling, and rostering.
Skill-Based Scheduling for in-house agents.
Review projected performance for sites on a near term basis.
Take corrective action on the over/under analysis and make recommendations on schedule changes.
Review DOW and Intraday Patterns and support VTO/OT/PTO requests.

Qualifications

Graduate with Contact Center experience and good communication skills.
People management experience.
Strong process and mathematical orientation.
Knowledge of Advanced Excel and VBA.
Willingness to work in a 24*7 shift environment.
