Job Description

We are looking for an HR Executive to join our team in an IT Software Company in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for salary processing, attendance management, PF reporting, recruitment, and onboarding.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process employee salaries accurately and timely
  • Manage employee attendance and generate reports
  • Prepare and maintain PF reports
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Assist with other HR-related activities and administrative tasks

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of salary processing and attendance management systems
  • Experience with PF reporting
  • Good understanding of HR functions
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
