Job Description

Seeking a highly organized, analytical, and strategic Technical Operations Specialist to oversee and optimize transaction workflows, and process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and refine operational workflows for digital service delivery.
  • Manage and maintain business-critical software like CRM, automation tools, and payment gateways.
  • Implement and manage CRM automations for lead nurturing and customer follow-ups.
  • Oversee contracts and relationships with IT vendors, hosting providers, and software suppliers.
  • Act as the escalation point for operational breakdowns and define risk mitigation plans.
  • Train junior staff and ensure operational and tech knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

  • 3-6 years of experience in IT support, CRM management, or operations management.
  • Strong knowledge of WordPress, CRM systems, and basic web troubleshooting.
  • Exposure to handling customer escalations and ensuring smooth digital product/service fulfillment.
  • Strong vendor negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
