Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Admission Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in outbound sales and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Contact prospective customers through inbound leads and follow up on calls and emails
  • Convert leads via outbound calls
  • Explain services and convert leads into sales
  • Perform effective online demos to prospects
  • Showcase company solutions to prospects
  • Close sales and achieve monthly quotas
  • Track progress with new prospects using software
  • Report weekly sales goals to Managers
  • Maintain contact with existing clients
  • Stay up to date with new products and services

Qualifications

  • Working experience with international clients
  • Previous experience as an Admission Counselor/Outbound Sales (3-4 years)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Active listening skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Adaptability and accountability
