Responsibilities

  • Identify strong candidates through various sources such as resume databases, job postings, social media, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings with candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Post job openings on different platforms.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates.
  • Proactively source candidates to meet staffing needs.
  • Manage candidate profiles and job postings in the applicant tracking system.

Qualifications

  • 1-5 years of experience in IT recruitment.
  • Proficiency in using job boards and Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Understanding of VMS functionalities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • IT background is an added advantage.
