We are seeking a Business Development Manager for our Contract Manufacturing Vertical in the Pharma Industry. The role involves leading a team, promoting third-party manufacturing services, and achieving business growth targets.

Responsibilities

  • Drive business growth and expansion strategies for the Contract Manufacturing Vertical.
  • Promote third-party manufacturing services to potential clients.
  • Achieve monthly portfolio targets of Gross Merchandise Value and Earned Revenue.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities in line with strategic goals.
  • Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the team.

Qualifications

  • MBA qualification required.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding business development targets.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of Pharmacology, Pharmaceuticals, Physiology, Industrial Pharmacy is an advantage.
