Responsibilities

Complete team targets
Lead a team of 6 to 10 Tele callers
Conduct cold calls to potential customers
Address customer inquiries and close sales
Achieve and surpass sales quotas

Qualifications

Graduation Pursuing/ Graduate/PG
1-8 years of experience in credit card processing
Strong persuasion skills
Efficient in client coordination
Experience in DSA, NBFCs, or Banks preferred
