Job Description

Stars Catering is seeking an Office Assistant to manage daily administrative tasks and support office operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with general office tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and handle customer inquiries professionally.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Support HR and accounting teams with paperwork and record-keeping.
  • Help manage schedules, appointments, and meetings.
  • Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
  • Assist in preparing reports, invoices, and other business documents.
  • Perform any other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • 1 year of experience in an office administration role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior experience in the catering or hospitality industry is a plus.
