Job Description

Amazon is seeking Team leads for our transportation team to expand and manage operations for a new delivery channel, people and performance management, and driving the operational plan.

Responsibilities

  • Quickly understand the business issues and challenges of Transportation operations
  • Map business requirements, understand business processes, study and analyze workflows, design solutions, and prepare functional specifications
  • Develop and report performance metrics, executive updates, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis
  • Design, develop, pilot & rollout enterprise-wide programs around performance improvement, cycle time improvement for returns, delivery experience, financial auditing, identification of alternate delivery services

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in English
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
