Job Description

Join us as an HR Specialist in Bangalore to provide tactical and operational HR support. Collaborate with stakeholders to drive quality-based, cost-efficient, and timely service delivery.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative and operational support for defined HR functionalities
Collaborate with country and regional stakeholders in executing HR services
Manage recruitment, onboarding, verification of employment, invoice and PO management, general administration, candidate services, and learning and development support

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
Minimum 4 years of HR management experience
Strong understanding of HR principles and practices
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
