Join Standard Chartered as a Development Manager - HR to be a key contributor to various Service management development initiatives. Utilize your experience in ServiceNow Platform and IT to enhance workflows and implement solutions that meet business needs.

Responsibilities

Understand and follow the bank's governance and SDLC framework
Lead by example and build a positive culture within the team
Ensure ongoing training and development of team members
Take personal responsibility for understanding and complying with risk and compliance requirements
Assess and oversee the effectiveness of the Group's governance and controls

Qualifications

Graduation from a reputable university
Certifications in ServiceNow SysAdmin, HRSD, and CAD
Experience with ServiceNow applications and integrations
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Angular, Bootstrap, HTML, and other related technologies
