Responsibilities

Build and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders
Plan and execute key strategic initiatives
Coordinate workshops, research projects, and stakeholder convenings
Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables
Foster partnerships and collaboration within the education ecosystem
Conduct research and translate insights into actionable strategies
Develop and implement tracking and evaluation frameworks
Prepare high-quality reports and presentations
Collaborate with internal teams for strategic alignment
Support administrative functions and vendor management
Provide regular updates to management on progress and opportunities

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree
4 to 7 years of relevant work experience
Experience in high-functioning consulting environment and project management
Proficiency in project management tools
Engagement with governments, corporate partners, and NGOs
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Fluency in English and Hindi is preferred
Willingness to travel frequently for field visits
