Job Description

Join NTT DATA as a Senior MS Engineer in the Security Operations Center (SOC) role, where you will be responsible for providing managed services to clients to ensure their Security Infrastructures remain operational.

Responsibilities

Proactively monitor work queues and resolve incidents/requests within SLA
Identify, investigate, and analyze issues/errors
Provide second-level support for incidents and requests
Communicate with teams and clients for support
Contribute to project work and automation tasks

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/Computing
Relevant certifications (CCNA, CCNP, PCNSE)
Managed services experience in Security Infrastructure
Working knowledge of ITIL processes
