Job Description

Join NTT DATA as a Cloud Managed Services Engineer (L3) responsible for providing managed services to clients by proactively identifying and resolving cloud-based incidents and problems.

Responsibilities

Ensure infrastructure at client site is configured, installed, tested, and operational
Perform necessary checks, apply monitoring tools and respond to alerts
Identify problems and errors prior to or when they occur
Assist in analyzing, assigning, and escalating support calls
Provide onsite technical support and field engineering services to clients

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent
Relevant certifications such as VMware Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified, AWS Certified, etc.
Seasoned experience in Engineering within a medium to large ICT organization
