Job Description

Join a leading global innovator in business and technology services, NTT DATA, as a Senior Peoplesoft Administrator. You will be responsible for providing managed services to clients, resolving incidents and problems related to Packaged Application technologies such as ERP and Middleware.

Responsibilities

Configure, install, and test Packaged Application technologies for clients
Proactively identify and resolve incidents and problems
Assist in analyzing and escalating support calls
Provide onsite technical support and field engineering services
Conduct monthly reviews of incidents and service requests
Identify opportunities for work optimization and automation

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent
Relevant certifications in SAP, Oracle, or IBM technologies
Seasoned experience in Managed Services and ITIL processes
