Parametric is a part of Morgan Stanley Investment Management, specializing in custom solutions for investors. This role involves designing, developing, and integrating technology solutions for middle- and back-office operations.

Responsibilities

Design and develop high-quality technical solutions across all layers of application development.
Work with lead engineers and stakeholders to convert requirements into software solutions.
Collaborate with teams to build relationships and design solutions within existing codebase.
Mentor less-experienced developers and maintain high standards for development.

Qualifications

7+ years of hands-on Java and J2EE development experience.
Strong understanding of Java features, Spring Boot, and persistence technologies.
Experience with IaC technologies like Terraform and cloud-native applications.
Financial services industry experience is a plus.
