Job Description

The Client Care Executive will be responsible for ensuring client retention and satisfaction through outbound and inbound calling. They will generate client visits by following up with existing clients and must have proven sales experience.

Responsibilities

  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services using scripts
  • Make daily calls on dialer and manual calling, approximately 150 calls a day
  • Ask questions to understand customer objections and convince them to visit stores/clinics for sales
  • Enter and update customer information in Excel & CRM
  • Handle grievances and preserve company reputation
  • Coordinate with clinical and field teams daily to ensure work completion on time

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
