Job Description

TCS Pune is hiring Customer Service Specialists for voice support. The role involves providing assistance to customers regarding Internet, Cable TV, Cellular Phones, and Local services through inbound and outbound calls.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls for collecting overdue payments
Respond to customer inquiries and recommend appropriate products and services
Document interactions in the system
Meet sales goals and upsell products
Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues
Collaborate with team members and escalate complex queries

Qualifications

Graduate with 1-5 years of experience in customer service
Knowledge of telecommunications industry and products
Proficient in MS Office applications
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
Excellent communication skills
