Job Description

Tata Consultancy Services in Pune is hiring a Customer Service - Voice representative to provide support to customers regarding Internet, Cable TV, Cellular Phones, and Local services.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls for collecting payments and providing service information
Consult with customers to identify their needs and recommend appropriate products and services
Document interactions and meet performance goals
Upsell additional products and services
Resolve customer service issues in a timely manner

Qualifications

Minimum 15 years of education
Knowledge of telecommunications industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
