Job Description

Join AMINA Bank as a Product Owner to drive the backlog of the core banking solution. You will be responsible for overseeing the development lifecycle, ensuring features align with business goals and customer needs.

Responsibilities

Write detailed user stories and provide technical specifications for custom development and system integration changes
Collaborate with technical and non-technical team members to understand business needs and design solutions
Act as a main contact for the Core banking application vendor for incident management and change support
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation
Analyze error logs, database tables, and discuss issues with development teams

Qualifications

4+ years of experience
Strong background in technical business analysis, preferably in fintech/banking sector
Experience and understanding of business and/or IT service management
Excellent analytical, networking, and conceptual thinking skills
Ability to operate effectively in a multi-stakeholder environment
Excellent communication skills
Demonstrated ability to deliver products from concept to launch
