Job Description

BNP Paribas India Solutions is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join the Global Markets IT team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for writing specifications, analyzing business needs, and facilitating project management for IT solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Specifications writing and Establishing gap analysis.
  • Facilitate business requirements by working closely with key stakeholders.
  • Analyze, Follow-up, Document, Plan, Test, Write, and Manage projects.
  • Take ownership of improvements and new controls.
  • Coordinate projects with global stakeholders and IT entities.
  • Development monitoring and management with IT/QA teams.
  • Monitoring and management of UATs with global stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Working experience in Financial Markets & Trading Platforms.
  • Understanding of Front Office/Middle Office/ Back office functions.
  • Strong analytical and investigative skills.
  • Experience in writing BRDs and FSDs.
  • Good Communication and Team Player.
  • Autonomy and OOPs framework knowledge would be a plus.
